Dialogue values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return most products you purchase directly from Dialogue. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.
Dialogue offers a 30-day return policy on most products sold. Some restrictions apply to certain merchandise, as detailed below and as updated from time to time. You may obtain additional details and any applicable updates from your dedicated Dialogue account manager, who may be reached by calling 1-877-359-5525 or by emailing nasales@flybook.com.
1. Return Restrictions. 21-Day Return Period for Certain Hardware and Software Products and Accessories:
Unless you have a separate agreement with Dialogue, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and media-based software that is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, that has not been downloaded, may be returned within 21 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. Any product returned to Dialogue without prior authorization from Dialogue will be considered an unauthorized return, and you may not receive credit for the product and Dialogue may not be able to ship the
product back to you.

Defective Product Returns
You may return most defective Products directly to Dialogue within fifteen (15) days of invoice date and receive, at Dialogue’s option, credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. After fifteen (15) days, only the standard Dialogue manufacturer warranty applies.

Non-Defective Product Returns
You may return most non-defective Products directly to Dialogue within twenty one (21) days of invoice date and receive, at your discretion, a credit or exchange, except that an automatic Dialogue restocking charge will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by fifteen percent (15%).

Restricted, Repair-Only Returns
Certain Products can only be returned for repair—not for exchange, replacement or credit—based on current Dialogue or third party manufacturer requirements. Such Products should be returned to Dialogue, shipped directly to either Dialogue or the manufacturer, or taken to an authorized service center in Customer’s vicinity. More information may be provided by the dedicated
Dialogue account manager or by Dialogue Customer Relations.

Restricted, Manufacturer-Only Assistance
Certain Products cannot be returned to Dialogue for any reason—without exception—and you must contact the manufacturer directly for any needed assistance. More information may be provided by your dedicated Dialogue account manager or by Dialogue Customer Relations.

Special Orders
Products that are specially ordered may be non-returnable or may have unique return restrictions provided at the time of sale. More information may be provided by your dedicated Dialogue account manager or by Dialogue Customer Relations.

Return of Software
Dialogue offers refunds only for unopened, undamaged software that is returned within 21 days of invoice date. Dialogue offers only replacement for software products that either: (i) are defective but are returned within twenty one (21) days of invoice date; or (ii) are unopened and undamaged, but are returned more than 21 days after invoice date; such replaceable merchandise may be exchanged only for the same software title. Multiple software licenses may be returned for refund or exchange only (i) if
specifically authorized in advance by Dialogue or the manufacturer; and (ii) if returned within twenty one (21) days of invoice date.
2. Customer Shipment of Returned Merchandise.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
No returns of any type will be accepted by Dialogue unless accompanied by a unique RMA number, which you may obtain by providing the following information to Dialogue Customer Relations: customer name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and details of customer’s issue with the product. You have five (5) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA is issued. Dialogue reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the five (5) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.

Returned Products Must Be Complete
All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by Dialogue or the manufacturer. Dialogue reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products or to charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items; Dialogue is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match your shipping method.

Customer Shipping Insurance
You are strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover loss and damage in transit for shipments of returned items and to use a carrier and shipping method that provide proof of delivery. Dialogue is not responsible for loss or any damage during such shipment.

Returns Address for Approved Returns
Once you receive an approval to return your product or software to Dialogue, you will address your return materials to the address provided below. Be sure to write down your issued RMA number on the outside of the box as well as on the address as shown below.

3. Merchandise Damaged in Transit

Refusal/Receipt of Damaged Products
If a package containing items purchased from Dialogue arrives at your address DAMAGED, you should REFUSE to accept delivery from the carrier. If you do accept delivery of such a package, you must: (i) note the damage on the carrier's delivery record so that Dialogue may file a claim; (ii) save, as is, the merchandise AND the original box and packaging it arrived in; and (iii) promptly notify Dialogue either by calling Dialogue Customer Relations or by contacting your Dialogue account
manager to arrange for carrier’s inspection and pickup of the damaged merchandise. If you do not so note the damage and save the received merchandise and do not so notify Dialogue within fifteen (15) days of delivery acceptance, you will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise as if it had arrived undamaged, and Dialogue’s regular return policy, as described in sections 1 and 2 above, and all current manufacturer warranties and restrictions will apply.
Exceptions to Dialogue's 21-Day Return Period:

Application software and operating systems that have been installed by Dialogue may be returned only if installed on a returnable system, and only if you return that system within the applicable return period.

Enterprise software and customized hardware or software products may not be returned at any time. Software licenses purchased under any type of volume license agreement may be returned only with the express approval of the publisher.

Please note that Dialogue will not accept returns for the following products (unless defective):

Custom configured orders (i.e. Customer specifications, Custom image, asset tagging, any Custom Integrated Services (CIS) orders, any product etched or physically customized, etc).

Opened memory products.

Opened consumable products (i.e. printer cartridges, paper, etc.)

Replacement parts supplied by technical support for out of warranty systems.

Product which are obsolete/end of life.

Product that cannot be linked to a Dialogue direct order number or invoice.

Product that has been modified by installation of additional software or options or have serial numbers removed.

Any product that has been reported as stolen, involved in a crime, or is part of a criminal or civil investigation.
Dialogue does not accept COD returns. All credits and refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment source. Payments made by cash or check will be refunded with the issuance of a refund check. The entire process takes between seven (7) to fourteen (14) days. |
