The V5 Aviation takes flight with special features that help ensure business continuity while in the skies including resistance to sudden, extreme voltage shifts, changes in altitude, humidity, temperature, shock and vibration. All V5-A systems are equipped with sunlight-readable touch-screen displays, projecting 510 nits of brightness through a polarized screen with auto-brightness control. V5 Aviation systems fit very well onto operator kneeboards. Screen protectors and semi-ruggedized carrying cases are available for special orders. Upon request, V5 Aviation systems may be preconfigured with EFB applications from Jeppesen-Boeing® or FlightPrep®. All V5 Aviation systems come with “100% Uptime” connectivity allowing operators to stay online via 3.5G Data (AT&T) when WiFi is unavailable.
